Vendor Booths:

There are limited premier-vendor spots each year at the Annual Training Conference.  Set-up will take place on Sunday and vendors may remain set up until breakdown on Wednesday afternoon.  The cost per booth includes your booth, all meals that are provided to attendees and you are encouraged to attend all social events for networking. Booth Vendor Information:

- Vendor set-up starts at 11am, Sunday July 23rd

- Schedule: Daily Schedules are available upon check-in to view agenda break times

    Sunday, July 23rd - Noon- 4pm

    Monday, July 24th- 8am-noon

    Tuesday, July 25th- 8am-5pm

    Wednesday, July 26th- 8am-3pm

- Vendor Breakdown at 3pm, Wednesday, July 26th

-  One Representative allowed per booth, additional representatives need to be registered separately for attendance purposes.

- Vendor Representatives are invited to all events, please register individually for each event during online registration.

- Electricity is free if you bring your own extension cord and power strip to equip your booth.  If you would like to rent extension cords or power strips the costs will be: Extension Cord $10 each and Power Strip $5 each.

- WiFi is free for all vendors and attendees.

- Booth number will be emailed out to registered vendors once final layout is available.

- Attendee List will be provided after the conference is complete - please allow a few business days for manual entry if necessary.

- Vendor location cannot be locked due to fire hazard but you can remain set up the duration of the conference. We encourage you to not leave any laptops or expensive equipment.  NYSACOP has a "office" near the vendor location where you may use for overnight storage (available based on room).

- Shipping of materials can be made (3) days before July 23rd. Include "New York State Association of Chiefs of Police Conference" and your company name on the outside of the box. Shipping Address: Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center, 801 University Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210.
